Here at Windflower Florist Pte Ltd, we strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with your order. However, flowers are seasonal products, and subject to availability from orchards and farms.
Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement. We will only substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value.
Filler flowers are what give the bouquet body and volume, but are similarly subject to the season. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original. Rest assured the bouquet will look as beautiful as always.

For perishable items (flowers), Windflower will only accept requests for refunds made within 24 hours.
For non-perishable items, item must remain unused and in its original condition. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds/exchanges for all items are on a case-by-case basis.
If we proceed with issuing you a refund, it will be credited via your chosen mode of payment and will be reflected on your next bank statement or 2 weeks later.
If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at email@example.com or drop us a Whatsapp at 97852570.
As a certain big-box furniture store says, it’s okay to change your mind.
To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp 9785 2570.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after the 48 hour mark will be charged at 100% of the order value, minus shipping costs.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a market leader in the online payment space, and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.
Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you are ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.
We accept payment by cash and NETS in store.
Customers that order through Whatsapp will be sent an invoice for their order.
Upon receiving an invoice, customers may choose to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer.
Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and Whatsapp us as proof of your transaction.
All deliveries start at a base rate of $10/-. This applies to most residential/office areas outside the city, and of special locations like Sentosa.
Standard (Residential Areas) - $10
CBD / Town - $15
Airline Road - $25
Sentosa - $25
Same-Day - $20
Seasonal / Events - Varies
Windflower is happy to deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:
- Jurong Island
- Army Bases
Windflower Florist Pte Ltd will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.
Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.
Windflower Florist Pte Ltd cannot accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:
- Incorrect address given
- Intended recipient not present
- No valid means of contact
- Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
In the event when the delivery personnel has arrived at the location and the recipient is not there to receive the flowers, a re-delivery on the same day is charged according to the location of the delivery address.
Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our stores at:

- Loyang Point, 259 Pasir Ris St 21, #02-42, Singapore 510259
Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
Kindly note that delivery charges are charged accordingly to the rates as provided on our policy page if customers wish to change self-collection to delivery.
Kindly note that delivery charges are not refundable if changes are made on the day of the delivery itself to self-collection.
