    - All products under Windflower X unless stated otherwise

    • REFUNDS
    1. For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.
    2. The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.
    3. If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at salesenquiries@windflowerflorist.com or drop us a Whatsapp at 97852570.
    4. For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a whatsapp at 97852570 and we will tend to your enquiries.


    • CANCELLATIONS
    1. To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at salesenquiries@windflowerflorist.com or Whatsapp 97852570.
    2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.
    3. Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours in advance are subjected to only 80% refund.
