Rewards Guide

Two reward systems, one clearer path

Windflower currently supports two separate reward tracks. Blooms Rewards is the Windflower-side loyalty experience tied to your account and shopping flow, while Yuu Redemption is the linked Yuu pathway that starts with your Yuu ID. They are not the same system, so this page splits them cleanly.

Use this page to decide which route you need before logging in or linking anything. That is the fastest way to reduce customer confusion and support tickets.

System 2

At a glance

What is the difference?

The current page muddles the two systems together. This comparison makes the separation obvious before a customer starts clicking around.

Program Best for What you need first Where to start
Blooms Rewards Customers using the Windflower account-based loyalty flow while shopping with Windflower. A Windflower customer account and a signed-in shopping session. Log in to your Windflower account, then continue through eligible shopping/account flows.
Yuu Redemption Customers who want to connect their Yuu ID to the Windflower membership path. Your Yuu ID, your contact number, and a Windflower account login. Use the Yuu linking offer first, then complete the account-linking steps.

Blooms Rewards

Windflower-side loyalty flow

This is the cleaner home for Blooms Rewards: sign in with your Windflower account first, then continue shopping through the standard Windflower flow.

What it is

A Windflower account-led rewards track

Blooms Rewards sits on the Windflower side of the experience, so customers should think of it as the store-native loyalty path rather than the Yuu-linked program.

  • Start with your Windflower account, not your Yuu ID.
  • If the Blooms widget launcher is visible on this page, customers can join or sign in directly from that widget.
  • Keep the login flow simple so points and account recognition have the best chance of matching correctly.

Important distinction

Do not treat this as the Yuu flow

The biggest UX problem here was making customers infer that two separate systems exist. Blooms Rewards should be presented as its own route, not as step one of Yuu.

  • Windflower account first
  • Separate from Yuu linking
  • Use your signed-in store session

Yuu Redemption

How to link your Yuu path properly

These are the existing Yuu steps, but reformatted so they read like an actual flow instead of screenshot fragments. The order matters, so it is worth being explicit.

1

Link your Yuu ID first

Start from the Yuu linking offer so the Yuu account is attached to the membership flow before you try to log in or place an order.

2

Link your contact number

Complete the contact-number linking step in the Yuu rewards widget or linked flow so the Yuu side and the Windflower side are anchored to the same customer identity.

3

Sign up or log in to Windflower

Once your Yuu details are linked, sign up or log in to your Windflower account so the order session is tied back to the customer account.

4

Shop after the link is complete

After the linking steps are done, continue with your order on Windflower. This keeps the rewards journey in the right order rather than expecting the customer to discover the link halfway through checkout.

If a customer starts from the wrong system, the page should make that obvious immediately instead of forcing them to decipher reward screenshots.

Before you start

Practical notes

Keep the journey clean

The lowest-friction path is the right one

  • Blooms Rewards and Yuu Redemption are separate systems
  • Use the same account details consistently where possible
  • Log in before ordering if you want the account-linked flow
  • Start with Yuu linking only if you specifically need the Yuu route

This structure is intentionally blunt because the old version leaned too hard on promotional images and not enough on decision-making. For a page like this, clarity beats decoration.
