Windflower 为所有通过我们网站购买的产品提供免费送货服务*（全岛^）。我们不接受海外地址的送货。

^Windflower乐意为全岛送货，以下地区除外：

  • 裕廊岛
  • 军营/警察营
  • 航空路和阿尔卑斯大道
  • 医院和医疗中心
  • 飞机场

Windflower 将尽最大努力满足客户的送货要求，但如果送货地点无效，Windflower 保留取消订单并向客户退还高达 92% 金额的权利。

  • 投递失败

如果出现以下情况，我们将给予 10 分钟的宽限期，并在认定投递失败之前联系发件人和收件人以获取进一步指示：

  • 地址有误
  • 收件人不在
  • 没有有效的联系方式
  • 送货车辆可能会因楼宇管理/安保原因而延误。

如果收件人或其代表在规定的日期和时间不在送货地址，我们将把花束留在单元外，对于花束的任何损失或损坏，我们概不负责。

  1. 如果由于上述原因导致送货失败，客户可以要求重新送货，但需支付标准的 10 美元重新送货费。
  2. 客户需要联系 8845 6551 申请重新配送。
  3. 重新配送时间取决于Windflower的安排。
  • 配送详情变更
  1. 想要修改送货详情的顾客需要通过 WhatsApp 或致电 8845 6551 联系我们，我们的客户服务团队将在工作时间内处理您的请求。
  2. 客户应在以下截止时间前通知 Windflower 变更，否则将收取 10 美元的重新配送费。
  3. 由于我们的配送时间已设定在特定时间段内，并遵循精心规划的路线，任何缩短配送时间（最长不超过 60 分钟）的特殊要求均需支付 25 美元的加急配送费（Windflower 保留拒绝无法满足的加急配送请求的权利）。可预约的加急配送时间段和日期分别显示在产品页面和购物车页面。

Free delivery questions, answered

Yes. Standard delivery is free island-wide on every order placed through our website. A handful of locations sit off our routes, including Tuas, Gul Circle and Jurong Island, the airport, army and police camps, and hospitals and medical centres, so do check the address at checkout. Novelties and wholesale items are the only products outside free standard delivery.

Order early and your flowers can arrive the same day. For the 10am to 2pm window, order by 8am; for 2pm to 6pm, order by 12:30pm; and for the 6pm to 10pm slot (Monday to Friday), order by 3:30pm. Sundays run 11am to 3pm with an 8:30am cut-off. Festive peaks such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day fill quickly, so earlier is always safer.

Yes. If your order misses its standard timeslot, that order is free. The guarantee covers our standard windows: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm, or 6pm to 10pm; Saturday 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 3pm. After years of daily runs across the island, arriving on time is something we hold ourselves to.

Our standard slots sit within wider windows because each route is planned for the day. If you need a tighter 60-minute window, express delivery starts from $25, with some windows priced higher depending on the time, and is subject to availability. It is a favourite for proposals and ceremonies where timing matters, so reserve the slot as early as you can.

Yes. Self-collection is free from our studio at 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979. If you would like to switch between delivery and self-collection after ordering, let us know at least a day ahead so we can adjust the route.
