Send Flowers to Singapore from Overseas

Overseas Ordering Guide

Every week, orders arrive at our Kaki Bukit studio from the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Malaysia. About one in twenty orders placed with us comes from outside Singapore, and nearly all of them are personal: a daughter in Sydney sending birthday flowers to her mum in Bishan, a son in London who cannot be home for an anniversary. If someone you love is in Singapore, you can order from us the same way a local does, and we deliver the same day, island-wide, free on standard slots. This guide covers what overseas customers usually send, how ordering works from abroad, and exactly when to order from your timezone.

What People Send Home

Before writing this guide we went through this year’s overseas orders properly. Two patterns stand out. Birthdays lead by a distance, and almost as many orders are sent for no occasion at all: a simple everyday note, printed on the card, because someone was thinking of someone. These are the collections overseas customers order from most.

How Ordering from Overseas Works

  1. Choose a bouquet online. Prices are in Singapore dollars and checkout accepts major international cards. No account needed.
  2. Write your card message. Every order includes a message card, so your own words arrive with the flowers.
  3. Pick the delivery date and time slot at checkout. Enter the recipient’s Singapore address and a local contact number for them.
  4. We hand-arrange and deliver. You receive an order confirmation by email, and our on-time-or-free guarantee applies: if we miss the booked standard slot, that order is free.

Order-By Times in Your Timezone

Our cut-offs run on Singapore time (SGT), which never changes for daylight saving. The table below reads live from the same delivery system our studio runs on, translated into your own timezone, so what you see is what you can actually book right now. Tap a country to see its cut-offs in local time.

For reference, the standard windows in Singapore time:

Delivered (SG time) Days Order by (SGT)
10:00am - 2:00pm Mon to Sat 8:00am
2:00pm - 6:00pm Mon to Sat 12:30pm
6:00pm - 10:00pm (night-delivery fee) Mon to Fri 3:30pm
11:00am - 3:00pm Sundays 8:30am

And if the date has genuinely crept up on you: nearly four in ten of our overseas orders add 1-hour express delivery. It runs daily, from $25, so a birthday remembered at breakfast in London is rarely a lost cause in Singapore.

Your Message Card, in Your Words

Nine in ten overseas orders include a message card, a higher rate than local orders. It makes sense: when you cannot hand the flowers over yourself, the card does the talking. We print exactly what you write, whether that is two words or a paragraph, signed or unsigned. From years of printing these, one small piece of advice: the cards that feel most personal name something specific, a shared meal, a date you will be home, the nickname only you use. You do not need to be poetic. A simple, specific note is enough.

And if the right words will not come, we keep ready-to-use lines in English and Chinese in our condolence message guide and congratulations message guide.

Ordering from Overseas: Common Questions

Yes. Checkout is in Singapore dollars and accepts major international credit and debit cards. Your bank converts the amount at its own rate, the way any overseas purchase works. The price you see at checkout is the final amount: standard-slot delivery within Singapore is free, and there are no fees added on arrival.

You receive an email confirmation when you order, and every delivery runs through our own driver operation, backed by the on-time-or-free guarantee: if we miss the booked standard slot, that order is free. We have delivered over 200,000 bouquets across Singapore on this promise. If you ever need an update, our team is reachable through the contact options on this site during Singapore business hours.

That is entirely up to your card message. Sign it, or do not. We print and deliver exactly what you write, and the delivery carries your card message, never the price.

A local contact number for the recipient helps our drivers coordinate, which is why we ask for one at checkout. Most overseas customers pick the recipient's workplace, or a time they know someone is home. Offices and condominiums are routine deliveries for us; include the company name or unit number and the handover goes smoothly. Note that we do not deliver to hospitals or medical centres, so for someone recovering, send to their home instead.

Yes, daily. Same-day delivery has been our core service since Windflower Florist came online in 2016. Order within the cut-offs on this page and your flowers are arranged and delivered the same day. On peak days the checkout calendar shows only slots that are genuinely available, so what you book is what happens.

About five months. The delivery calendar accepts bookings up to 150 days ahead, so you can set up flowers for a birthday or an anniversary long before you fly, pick the exact date and slot, and we hold it.

When you are far away, we make the Singapore side simple.
