1. Only paid orders placed on our website during the campaign period qualify for the lucky draw. Delivery dates are not taken into consideration.
2. Eligible spend is calculated on the nett amount paid after discounts, inclusive of GST.
3. Multiple purchases made within the campaign period are automatically accumulated under the same customer details.
4. Although this giveaway is announced after the campaign period has started, all eligible purchases made during the campaign period — including those made before this announcement — are automatically counted as qualifying entries.
5. The winner is selected by random draw and announced on 4 August 2026 at 5:00 PM (SGT).
6. A recording of the lucky draw spin will be published on our Instagram page for transparency.
7. Participants' full names will be displayed in the lucky draw prize pool.
8. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including email address and contact number, during checkout. We are not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or incomplete information.
9. The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the order and must respond by 6 August 2026, 12:00 PM (SGT) to claim the prize.
10. If the winner fails to respond within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
12. The prize will be delivered by Windflower within 7 calendar days from the date the winner provides all required delivery information. Any delay in providing complete and accurate delivery details may delay prize fulfilment.
13. The winner or a family member must be available at the specified delivery address to receive the prize. If no one is available to accept delivery, any re-delivery arrangements are subject to Windflower's Re-Delivery Policy and any applicable charges.
14. The prize includes only the iPhone 17 Pro Max (512GB) in Deep Blue. Any additional accessories, add-ons, service plans, AppleCare+, extended warranty coverage, insurance, mobile plans, or other products and services are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. If an eligible order is cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any lucky draw chances earned from the cancelled order are automatically removed from the participant's total.
