The outdoor lawn is stunning for solemnisation, but Sentosa's humidity means flower selection matters — avoid blooms that wilt quickly in heat and choose varieties that hold shape for at least 3–4 hours outdoors. The ballroom is climate-controlled and beautifully proportioned for dramatic floral installations.
Raffles Hotel Singapore

Heritage elegance. The Grand Ballroom and Bar & Billiard Room each call for different floral scales. The key consideration is visual proportion — the Grand Ballroom's high ceilings can absorb smaller centrepieces, so taller or fuller arrangements tend to photograph better in this space.

Large-scale, modern venue. The ballrooms accommodate elaborate floral installations, but the sheer size means arrangements need to be proportionally larger to have visual impact. Logistics require early coordination with the events team due to the venue's size and security procedures.

Ground-level arrangements handle wind better than tall centrepieces. If the reception moves indoors afterward, the ballroom florals can be fuller since climate is controlled.
