Payments

How payment works

Payments are split cleanly between online checkout and in-store settlement so customers can see the options quickly instead of reading through mixed policy paragraphs.

Online

Secure card payments via Stripe

Windflower accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for website orders.

  • Online payments are processed through Stripe.
  • The checkout flow is protected by the website SSL certificate.

In store

PayNow is accepted on site

For in-store payment, customers can settle their order by PayNow.

Ordering

Order windows and cut-off timings

This section mirrors the delivery guide format so the core ordering rules are easy to scan. Unless a product states otherwise, bouquets are available for next-day ordering and most products are available for same-day ordering.

All times shown are Singapore time. Same-day slots are first come, first served, and fully booked dates will be greyed out during checkout.

Express delivery

$25 add-on for tighter arrival windows

Express delivery is available at an additional fee of $25 unless a product states otherwise.

The cut-off for each same-day express slot is one hour before the desired delivery time frame.

Important notes

Capacity and acceptance still apply

  • Slots are capacity-based and may close once fully booked.
  • Windflower reserves the right to reject an order at its discretion.
  • If an order cannot be accepted, the team will do its best to inform the customer before the requested delivery date.

Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms

The refund rules are mainly driven by payment method, processing timelines, and the fact that flowers are perishable products.

Refunds

How money is returned

  1. Website-order refunds are processed through the secure payment provider used at checkout.
  2. Refunds should appear on the next bank statement or within about two weeks, and a refund receipt is emailed out as well.
  3. If a refund appears incorrect or has not arrived after two weeks, contact hello@windflowerflorist.com or WhatsApp 8845 6551.
  4. For bank transfer transactions, contact the team directly so they can review the case.

Cancellations

Lead time affects refund amount

  1. Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@windflowerflorist.com or WhatsApp 8845 6551.
  2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
  3. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are generally eligible for an 80% to 90% refund because of processing fees and flower perishability.

General

General conditions and substitutions

These conditions cover website changes, pricing or listing errors, and what happens when flowers are seasonal or unavailable.

Website use

Terms may change over time

Windflower may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time and may impose additional rules or limits on its use.

Continued access or use of the website means you accept those updates.

Pricing integrity

Incorrect listings can be corrected or cancelled

If a product is listed with the wrong price or other incorrect information, Windflower may cancel the order or charge the correct price if you still want the item as ordered.

Orders that appear false or fraudulent may also be cancelled.

Seasonality

Substitutions may be made when flowers are unavailable

Flowers are seasonal, and exact blooms or filler flowers may vary based on farm and orchard availability.

  • Main blooms may be replaced with flowers of similar or superior look, feel, and value.
  • Filler flowers may change while the overall style and aesthetic are preserved as closely as possible.

GST is applied to goods and services

All goods and services are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST Registration No. 202514993H, payable to 1 Mayflower Pte. Ltd.

Mobile message marketing terms

These terms apply specifically to the mobile messaging program and sit alongside the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered mobile messages.
