We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a market leader in the online payment space, and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.
Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you are ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.
We accept payment by Paynow, Nets, GrabPay in store.

Customers who order through Whatsapp will be sent an invoice for their order via email.
Upon receiving an invoice, customers may choose to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer.
Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and Whatsapp us your proof of your transaction.
All bouquets will be available for Next-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.
All products will be available for Same-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.
Cut-off timing for Same-Day 10:00AM - 14:00PM slots is at 8:00AM on the ordering day itself.
Cut-off timing for Same-Day 14:00PM - 18:00PM slots is at 12:30PM on the ordering day itself.
Cut-off timing for Same-Day 18:00PM - 22:00PM is at 15:30PM on the ordering day itself.
*Kindly note timeslots are first-come-first-serve basis. Dates will be greyed out when orders are fully booked.
* Windflower Florist reserves the rights to reject any orders at its discretion. We will do our due diligence to inform the customer prior to their date of delivery.
All orders are available for Express Delivery at an additional fee of $25 unless stated otherwise.
Cut-off timing for Same-Day express delivery for 10:00AM - 10:59AM, 11:00AM - 11:59AM, 12:00PM - 12:59PM is at 8:00AM on the ordering day itself.
Cut-off timing for Same-Day express delivery for 14:00PM - 14:59AM, 15:00PM - 15:59PM, 16:00PM - 16:59PM is at 12:30PM on the ordering day itself.
Refunds & Cancellation
- For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.
- The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.
- If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop us a Whatsapp at 97852570.
- For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a whatsapp at 97852570 and we will tend to your enquiries.
- To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at email@example.com or Whatsapp 97852570.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.
- Cancellations that are made more than 48 hours in advance are subjected to 80% - 95% refund due to processing fee incurred and flowers are perishable items.
Seasonal Availability of Flowers
Here at Windflower Florist Pte Ltd, we strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with your order. However, flowers are seasonal products, and subject to availability from orchards and farms. We are also unable to promise that every arrangement will look exactly like the ones you see on our website as every flowers bloom differently but we hope you can trust us to ensure that it will look beautiful!
Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value.
Filler flowers are what give the bouquet body and volume, but are similarly subject to the season. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original. Rest assured the bouquet will look as beautiful as always.
