The details matter when a building controls access, the recipient may be away, or the gift must arrive within a tighter window. This page brings those delivery decisions into one place.

Standard delivery is free for website flower orders to most Singapore addresses. Novelties and wholesale items are excluded.

Delivery windows and cut-off times
Choose a standard window when flexibility is possible. For a proposal, ceremony or other time-sensitive handover, use an available one-hour express slot or speak with our team before ordering.

What to include for a smooth handover
A complete address is more useful than a district name. Include the details the rider needs to reach the correct person without guesswork.
Homes and condominiums
Add the block, unit number and a reachable recipient contact. For guarded properties, include the visitor or guardhouse instructions that the rider will need.
Offices and hotels
Use the company or hotel name, full building address, recipient's mobile number and the reception or concierge handover point. Building security can affect the final handover.
Schools, campuses and event venues
Give the building, block or named meeting point rather than only the institution name. For a ceremony or event, ordering the day before gives the route more margin.
Restricted or unusual addresses
Check with our team before ordering. Airports, hospitals and medical centres, army and police camps, and the other listed exclusions are outside standard delivery coverage.
If nobody can receive the flowers
If the recipient is absent, the address is incorrect, no valid contact is available, or building management delays access, the rider waits an 8-minute grace period at the address while we try to reach both the sender and the recipient.
If no recipient or representative is available during the booked window, the arrangement may be left outside the unit. Windflower cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once the flowers are left.

Changes, self-collection and the on-time guarantee
Changing delivery details
Send the change before the order cut-off for the booked window. Later changes may incur the $10 redelivery fee. A requested one-hour window is treated as express delivery from $25 and remains subject to availability.
Free self-collection
Collect from 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark, Lobby B Exit A, Singapore 415979. Give us at least one day of notice when switching between delivery and self-collection.

Free delivery questions, answered
Yes. Standard delivery is free island-wide on every order placed through our website. A handful of locations sit off our routes, including Tuas, Gul Circle and Jurong Island, the airport, army and police camps, and hospitals and medical centres, so do check the address at checkout. Novelties and wholesale items are the only products outside free standard delivery.
Order early and your flowers can arrive the same day. For the 10am to 2pm window, order by 8am; for 2pm to 6pm, order by 12:30pm; and for the 5pm to 9pm slot (Monday to Friday), order by 3:30pm. Sundays run 11am to 3pm with an 8:30am cut-off. Festive peaks such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day fill quickly, so earlier is always safer.
Yes. If your order misses its standard timeslot, that order is free. The guarantee covers our standard windows: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm, or 5pm to 9pm; Saturday 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 3pm. After years of daily runs across the island, arriving on time is something we hold ourselves to.
Our standard slots sit within wider windows because each route is planned for the day. If you need a tighter 60-minute window, express delivery starts from $25, with some windows priced higher depending on the time, and is subject to availability. It is a favourite for proposals and ceremonies where timing matters, so reserve the slot as early as you can.
Yes. Self-collection is free from our studio at 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979. If you would like to switch between delivery and self-collection after ordering, let us know at least a day ahead so we can adjust the route.
