Is flower delivery free in Singapore?

Yes! Windflower Florist offers free island-wide delivery across Singapore for all products (except Novelties & Wholesale) with no minimum purchase required. We deliver to HDBs, condos, offices, and hospitals. We do not deliver overseas.

What are the delivery timeslots and cut-off times?

Monday–Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM (order by 8:00 AM), 2 PM–6 PM (order by 12:30 PM). Monday–Friday: 6 PM–10 PM (order by 3:30 PM). Sunday: 11 AM–3 PM (order by 8:30 AM). All standard timeslots include free delivery.

Do you offer express 1-hour flower delivery?

Yes! Express 1-Hour Delivery is available at $25 with six slots, Monday to Saturday: 10:30–11:30 AM (order by 9:30 AM), 11:30 AM–12:30 PM (by 10:30 AM), 12:30–1:30 PM (by 11:30 AM), 2:30–3:30 PM (by 1:30 PM), 3:30–4:30 PM (by 2:30 PM), and 4:30–5:30 PM (by 3:30 PM). Subject to availability.

What is Windflower's delivery guarantee?

Guaranteed delivery on time, or your order is FREE — no questions asked! This applies to all standard delivery timeslots. We also guarantee flower freshness and will replace any arrangement that arrives in less than perfect condition.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes! Free self-collection is available at 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979. Collection slots are Monday to Saturday: 10 AM–1 PM (order by 8:00 AM) and 2 PM–4 PM (order by 2:00 PM). Sunday: 11 AM–4 PM (order by 8:30 AM). If you need to switch an existing order from delivery to collection, please give at least 1 day's notice.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our driver will wait for a 10-minute grace period and contact both the sender and recipient. If no one is available, the flowers will be left safely outside the door. Please ensure the recipient is available during the selected timeslot to guarantee freshness.

Where does Windflower Florist deliver in Singapore?

We deliver free island-wide across Singapore. Standard exclusions apply to Tuas, Gul Circle, Penjuru, Jurong Island, army and police camps, Airline Road, Alps Avenue, airports, and hospitals or medical centres. For deliveries to restricted zones, WhatsApp us at +65 8845 6551 to check availability.

What is the re-delivery fee?

$10 re-delivery charge applies. Contact us at +65 8845 6551 to arrange re-delivery. Timing is subject to Windflower's scheduling and slot availability.

Changes, self-collection, and delivery exceptions

Changing delivery details or switching to pickup

If you need to amend delivery details, WhatsApp or call 8845 6551 and the customer service team will assist during working hours.

Changes must be requested before the relevant slot cut-off, otherwise a $10 re-delivery fee may apply.
Specific requests for a shorter delivery window are treated as express delivery requests.

Where standard delivery does not apply

Windflower will do its best to meet delivery requests, but reserves the right to reject or cancel orders and issue a partial refund when the delivery location is invalid or inaccessible.
