Windflower is offering Free Delivery* (Island-Wide^) for all products purchased through our website. We do not accept delivery to overseas addresses. 

*Standard Delivery only, except for Novelties & Wholesale items.

^Windflower is happy to deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:

  • Tuas & Gul Circle
  • Penjuru
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Camps / Police Camps
  • Airline Road & Alps Ave
  • Hospitals and medical centers
  • Airport

Windflower will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to reject/cancel an order and refund 50-90% of the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

  • UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

In the event of the following scenarios, a grace period of 8 minutes will be given and we will contact the sender and recipient for further instruction before it is being considered as a failed delivery:

  • Incorrect address given
  • Intended recipient not present
  • No valid means of contact
  • Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

If recipient or representative is not present at delivery address during stipulated date and time, the arrangements will be left outside the unit and we will not be liable for any losses or damages to the arrangements.

  • RE-DELIVERY
  1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $10 re-delivery charge.
  2. Customers need to contact 8845 6551 to request for the re-delivery.
  3. Re-delivery timing is subjected to Windflower's scheduling.
  • CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS
  1. Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp or call in to 8845 6551 and our Customer Service team will tend to your request during our working hours.
  2. Customers should notify Windflower of the changes before the following cut-off timing, else it will be subjected to the re-delivery fee of $10.
  3. As our delivery timings are set within timeslots and follow a carefully planned route, any specific request for a shorter time range (reduced to 60 minutes max.) will be liable for an express delivery charge from $25, with some time slots priced higher. Windflower reserves the right to reject express delivery requests if it is impossible to fulfil.

- For delivery 10:00AM - 14:00PM (Mon-Sat): Cut-off timing at 8:00AM on the day itself.

- For delivery 11:00AM - 15:00PM (Sundays): Cut-off timing at 08:30AM on the day itself.

- For delivery 14:00PM - 18:00PM (Mon-Sat): Cut-off timing at 12:30PM on the day itself.

- For delivery 18:00PM - 22:00PM (Mon-Fri): Cut-off timing at 15:30PM on the day itself.

Express delivery timeslots (60-minute window, subject to availability):

- Monday to Friday: 10:30AM - 11:30AM (order by 9:30AM), 11:30AM - 12:30PM (order by 10:30AM), 12:30PM - 1:30PM (order by 11:30AM), 2:30PM - 3:30PM (order by 1:30PM), 3:30PM - 4:30PM (order by 2:30PM), 4:30PM - 5:30PM (order by 3:30PM).

- Saturday: 10:30AM - 11:30AM (order by 9:30AM), 11:30AM - 12:30PM (order by 10:30AM), 12:30PM - 1:30PM (order by 11:30AM), 2:30PM - 3:30PM (order by 12:30PM), 3:30PM - 4:30PM (order by 12:30PM), 4:30PM - 5:30PM (order by 12:30PM).

- Sunday: 10:30AM - 11:30AM, 11:30AM - 12:30PM, 12:30PM - 1:30PM, 2:30PM - 3:30PM (all Sunday express orders must be placed by 8:30AM).

  • SELF-COLLECTION

Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our store

Yes. Standard delivery is free island-wide on every order placed through our website. A handful of locations sit off our routes, including Tuas, Gul Circle and Jurong Island, the airport, army and police camps, and hospitals and medical centres, so do check the address at checkout. Novelties and wholesale items are the only products outside free standard delivery.

Order early and your flowers can arrive the same day. For the 10am to 2pm window, order by 8am; for 2pm to 6pm, order by 12:30pm; and for the 6pm to 10pm slot (Monday to Friday), order by 3:30pm. Sundays run 11am to 3pm with an 8:30am cut-off. Festive peaks such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day fill quickly, so earlier is always safer.

Yes. If your order misses its standard timeslot, that order is free. The guarantee covers our standard windows: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm, 2pm to 6pm, or 6pm to 10pm; Saturday 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 3pm. After years of daily runs across the island, arriving on time is something we hold ourselves to.

Our standard slots sit within wider windows because each route is planned for the day. If you need a tighter 60-minute window, express delivery starts from $25, with some windows priced higher depending on the time, and is subject to availability. It is a favourite for proposals and ceremonies where timing matters, so reserve the slot as early as you can.

Yes. Self-collection is free from our studio at 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-09, Eunos Techpark (Lobby B Exit A), Singapore 415979. If you would like to switch between delivery and self-collection after ordering, let us know at least a day ahead so we can adjust the route.
