Campus Guide

After years of delivering graduation bouquets to campuses across Singapore, we know the practical realities: ceremony timings shift, handover points change, and the bouquet that looks best in photos is not always the easiest to carry between locations. This guide highlights confirmed upcoming ceremonies, practical delivery points at major university and polytechnic campuses, and bouquet choices that hold up through a long convocation day.

Upcoming September and October 2026 Convocations

Official schedules checked 1 August 2026

These are the confirmed Singapore university ceremonies still ahead in September and October 2026. Ceremony details can change, so check the linked institution page before choosing a delivery window.

Curtin University Singapore

21 September 2026 · The Star Theatre, 1 Vista Exchange Green

The ceremony time is still to be confirmed. Use the graduate's mobile number, include The Star Theatre in the address and choose a handover point outside the auditorium. If the ceremony is confirmed for the morning, delivery to the graduate's home the day before is safer.

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)

13 to 15 October 2026 · Suntec Singapore, Level 6, Halls 603 and 604

SUSS holds eight sessions across three days, so state the exact ceremony date and session on your order. Deliver to the Suntec venue, not the Clementi campus, and arrange the handover before hall entry or after the ceremony.

Graduation Day Delivery Tips

  • Order early. Singapore's convocation calendar runs across the year. For the confirmed September and October 2026 ceremonies in this guide, order at least one to two days ahead.
  • Name the campus and building. Universities have several venues, so a clear address prevents handover confusion.
  • Share the ceremony timing. Flowers are best arriving 30 to 60 minutes before the ceremony starts.
  • Think about portability. A medium, well-built bouquet carries more easily through ceremonies and photos than an oversized arrangement.
  • Home delivery works too. If campus coordination is tricky, send to the graduate's home before or after the ceremony.

Planning Your Delivery Timing

Getting the flowers there on time matters as much as the bouquet itself. Three details make convocation day delivery easier to coordinate.

Morning ceremony? Deliver the day before

Morning sessions leave little room for a same-day delivery to reach the graduate before hall entry. For a ceremony before noon, delivery to the graduate's home the evening before is usually the safer plan. Keep the bouquet in a cool room with its water source intact until it is time to leave.

Give the exact campus, building and handover point

Campuses and event venues are large, and an institution name alone can delay the handover. Include the building or hall name, the level where relevant, a clear meeting point and the graduate's mobile number so the driver can call on arrival.

Choosing the Right Graduation Bouquet

Sunflowers (like Bright Smile) are the classic convocation choice: hardy, camera-friendly and cheerful. Bright mixed bouquets work well too, while preserved bouquets such as Eternal Khaki last as a keepsake. Avoid heavy arrangements for campus events.
