Refunds & Cancellation

REFUNDS

For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider. The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or within about two weeks, and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.

If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after two weeks, kindly contact us at hello@windflowerflorist.com or WhatsApp 8845 6551.

CANCELLATIONS

To make a cancellation, kindly contact us at hello@windflowerflorist.com or WhatsApp 8845 6551.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, as flowers are perishable items.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are generally eligible for an 80% to 90% refund due to processing fees and flower perishability.

INACCESSIBLE ADDRESS

If a delivery address turns out to be inaccessible or invalid, a 92% refund is issued. Re-delivery is available at $10.
