- Please ensure recipient is at home for the delivery as we are unable to leave the bundle outside the unit. A re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged and it will be scheduled at our next available slots.
- Delivery and re-delivery are unavailable on Weekdays 6pm - 10pm, Saturday 2pm - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 2pm slots. 
- Up to 95% refund is available if you have selected the unavailable slots.

We love our bridal bouquet from Windflower Florist! the dark pink calla lilies, pink baby roses and white astilbes definitely added colours to our photos and memories. Satisfied with the final product, despite some complications and delays during the journey. Requested to customise the tulip bouquet with a mix of pink and white tulips, however first delivery came only with pink. However, upon being notified, Wildflower was able to make the changes quickly and deliver within 3hrs.
